Returns & Refunds

* Customer is responsible for all shipping expenses
* A 35% restocking fee is applied to all approved returns
* Authorized returns must be returned within 7 business days of the return authorization
* Some products are non-returnable
* Zona Med Equipment has the right to deny any request that does not meet all of the requirements
* Only regular prices items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded
* Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@zonamedequip.com and send your item to: 5081 south state road building 7, suite 805, davie, FL, 33314, United States.

* There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
